well so far its been a some what normal week. I don't think a normal week could every happen in my life. Well i wanted to tell you a little about when my Uncle Donald came in from Colorado for a surprise visit for grandmother. We got the word about a week before he flew in that he is going to visit and wanted to surprise grandma. so we all had to keep it hush hush from grandpa and grandma so grandpa did not spill the beans and ruin the surprise. Well the time came when i was going to pick him up from the airport around 6 or 7 on Saturday. So i left the hosue and headed to the airport to pick him up. Mom was left in charge of keeping grandma up so she did not fall asleep since around 8 is her normal bed time. so mom gave her coffee and made up something saying she wanted to talk and hang out . lol Well after I picked up my uncle and he went to the baggage claim area to find that his luggage was not on the plane. So we had to fill out a form so when it come in they will bring it to the house. well we done that and headed to the beer store to get beer and some wine for Grandma. well we finally get to the house and i walk in before him and say hey grandma she says hey Stevie. Uncle Don behind me yells hi mom she says hello and then takes a double take to see him again and then her jaw dropped as if she saw a ghost. sitting there with her mouth wide open uncle Don came over and gave her a hug. She started crying saying ohhh I love you I love my boys. She was beyond happy for the first time in a while. I asked her if it was a great surprise she said it was one of the best surprises she has ever received.Here are a few Pictures of the surprise and the big ole hug her got as he walked. you can just see the love and all the emotion in her eyes.
Well grandma has been is such a great mood since he has visited. I had to take him to the airport yesterday morning at 6am so i ws up almost all night since I had to leave the house at 5:30 to make it to the airport to make sure he had enough time to get on the plane and check in his baggage. It was alot of fun having him down. We left Sunday night and went to the boats in Shreveport just me and him to go drink and try to win it big. Well we done ok lost the money we had but spent almost 6 hours up there drinking. He taught me a little more about blackjack and when to hit and when to stay. I knew the basic on it but not all the normal rules. So now I know. I taught him how to bet on craps and playing the odds to make the most money. When to bet where to place you bets . Playing the hard ways betting the top numbers so that if that point comes before the craps you still win something. Well it was fun we got back to Texarkana around 4:30 or 5 and I had to be up early to take dad to Dallas to the doctor so that was the start of me not sleeping. I think the past week I have slept 2 nights .
Well also as most of you know I have been looking for a job and been praying for something to come up. Well I checked the paper yesterday morning and There was like 3 IT jobs in Texarkana. I sent my resume in to 2 of them one was a MIS assistant position at EZ marts HQ, the other was a IT person at Humco in Texarkana. The third is at Texas A&M Texarkana and i will have to go to the school tomorrow to bring my resume. Also, My friend Titty works at WWWiliams at RRAD and he said they where hiring. so i sent him my resume. It is not IT work but its a job until I find something in the IT field. Also, go figure my phone broke yesterday and now will not charge so my battery is dead well almost dead I am keeping it off to turn it on every now and then to check messages. Also since I don't have a job the phone was shut off this morning so until I get some cash to them hopefully in the next few days. I will exchange my phone since i have already replaced it 2 times since I got it less then a year ago. So I think I am going to ask for a different phone style since I have had so many problems with the Motorola Q maybe have them give me a blackberry even though I really don't like blackberry would rather have a windows mobile phone. So I hope they trade it in for a different one if not then the Q will be fine it is a great phone only fact is that i have already had 2 different ones and this will be my 3rd and i have only had the phone like 9 months. I got it last July or August. Well y'all I'm about to get off here for a while and should repost something to keep you updated in the next few days.
